RRReENTAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The Manoah Boutique Hotel Reservation Policies

  1. Deposit & Final Payment
  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  1. Standard Reservation Cancellations
  • Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations received 31–60 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued; however, deposits or payments may be applied as a credit for a future stay at The Manoah, to be used within 12 months (365 days) of the originally scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  1. Non-Refundable & Special Policy Reservations
  • Reservations booked under Non-Refundable or Special Policies must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • These reservations are non-refundable and not eligible for credit in the event of cancellation.
  1. General Terms
  • In the event of any cancellation, all deposits and payments made are non-refundable except as specifically provided above.
  • Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation, interruption, or loss of stay.


Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation at The Manoah Boutique Hotel, guests agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all bookings globally and are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and clarity.
Prices and Taxes
All rates are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclusive of applicable taxes, service charges, and levies unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on seasonality, room category, and promotions. The total cost, including taxes, will be shown at time of booking.
Traveling with Minors
Children are welcome. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some amenities may have age restrictions for safety or licensing compliance.
Sleeper Sofa / Rollaway Bed Policy
A sleeper sofa or rollaway bed may be available for children under 15 years of age. This is subject to availability and is charged at $50 per day plus applicable taxes and fees. Availability is not guaranteed. Please contact the Reservations Team to confirm prior to booking.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Please inform us of any special accessibility requirements at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate. Not all facilities may be fully accessible.
Parking
Complimentary guest parking is available on site. The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents.
Hotel Events
The hotel may host private or public events. While efforts are made to minimize disruption, certain areas or services may be temporarily limited. Notice will be provided when possible.
Dispute Resolution/Issues
Guests should raise any concerns promptly with management. Unresolved issues may be addressed through mediation or arbitration under the laws of Anguilla.
Use of Personal Information
By staying with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for reservation, service, and legal purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. Information will not be sold or shared except as legally required or with authorized service providers. 

Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by guest actions, third parties, or events outside of its control. Use of facilities is at guests’ own risk.
Force Majeure
Manoah Hotel and its affiliates are not responsible for non-performance due to acts beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or labor disputes.
Third Party Rights
No third party shall have rights under these terms unless expressly granted.
Waiver
The hotel's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
Severance
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
