New for 2025/26 Season!
L'Étoile, a New Culinary Chapter for The Manoah Boutique Hotel
Under new management, the hotel and its restaurant elevate the already stunning location on Shoal Bay East - one of the most beautiful beaches of the world also known for its breathtaking sunsets. This new venture is highlighted by a special partnership with the renowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Chef Didier Aniès, a celebrated culinary artist originally from the South of France and widely recognized for his work in St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Monaco. During his tenure,
Le Grand Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat earned its first Michelin star under his leadership.
Chef Aniès later brought his culinary expertise to The Fairmont Hotel in Monaco and Château de Latour in Cannes, further enhancing his reputation for excellence. Beyond his work in acclaimed kitchens, he is also deeply committed to education. As a trainer and consultant for leading culinary schools, he shares not only his technical expertise but also his passion for the craft. His teaching emphasizes the human connection in gastronomy, enriching both himself and his students through meaningful exchanges in France and worldwide.
L'Étoile promises a sublime fusion of French sophistication and Anguillan paradise when Chef Aniès and his local team bring unparalleled French culinary artistry to the Caribbean!
Also new this season, The Red Sun will offer fresh local juices, ice creams and delicacies, as well as a charming beachside shop.
